Take your lifting to the next level with Olympic Weightlifting at CrossFit Kirkintilloch. These classes focus on mastering the snatch and clean & jerk through clear coaching cues, smart progressions, and purposeful drilling—so you build real confidence under the bar. Whether you’re brand new to weightlifting or chasing a new PR, everything is scaled to your ability. You’ll improve technique, speed, and power while developing full-body strength that carries into CrossFit and everyday life.
