Gymnastics at CrossFit Kirkintilloch is where strength meets skill. You’ll develop body control, coordination, and confidence through weekly progressions that build the foundations of great movement—whether your goal is your first pull-up or a stronger handstand. Classes focus on mastering key bodyweight skills like pull-ups, press-ups, handstands, rope climbs, and more, with coaching that meets you exactly where you are. Everything is broken down into achievable steps so you improve safely, consistently, and with a clear plan.
