Of course you can. We can scale all movements and exercises too an individual’s ability. Through hard work and dedication you will become fitter and stronger and perform movements you never thought were possible!
I am REALLY UNFIT… Can I do Crossfit?
Why is Crossfit Kirkintilloch more EXPENSIVE than other gyms?
At Crossfit Kirkintilloch you will have a coach during a class, who will guide you through an hour-long session that will include: a warm up, Skill/Strength Exercise, a conditioning workout and a cool down. They will teach you how to move and perform complex skills. The coach will constantly strive to ensure you are getting the most from each session and performing all movements safely and correctly.
I don’t have TIME to workout.
Of course you do. Our classes last for one hour. They are jam packed with fun exciting skills and workouts. You have a full 24 hours in a day… 8 to sleep, 10 for work (An hour travelling before and after) that leaves 6 hours for you to organize anything else. Your health and wellbeing should be a major priority!!!
I don’t want to LIFT WEIGHTS… I will get BULKY!
This is a very common misconception. Lifting HEAVY and LIGHT weights will help speed up your metabolism and make you look better NAKED!
I’m not CONFIDENT in a group environment.
